Title: proxima-fleet is down

As stated in the subject the proxima-fleet.com seems to be down along with all the most recent campaign downloads.

Some alternative links can still be found, but many of them do not have the patches.

It's pretty sad that the project is almost dead...  :(

Sorry, Proxima Fleet hasn't been active since 2010.  There aren't any TBP-specific sites online anymore, as far as I know, but some of the downloads have been rolled on to the FreeSpace download hub fsmods.net (http://www.freespacemods.net/download.php?list.40).
