never bother to go for the silos, they always immediatly switch back to air defense mode and shoot down my nukes!

Which is why you take them out as soon as possible so you can ICBM and stealth bomb the country with impunity. :drevil:

Why rig one up? Those are military installations, the PA system should be standard in such locations. You could use it.
