Is it possible to change the flat multiplier that is used for emissive light? For example, if you turn it on, things will be lit up by, say, 40. I don't know of any way to change this value to anything else (like 10).
I know that tweaking ambient light gives some control, but that depends on mission-specific ambient light settings, which don' work so well in campaigns like BP that have essentially 0 ambient light.
