Title: Anyone know of a Game aggregation site that plugs into Steam/GOG.com/etc?
Post by: Sandwich on November 18, 2013, 06:54:35 pm
I've got a plethora of games to play through, and I'd like to give myself a virtual tour throughout gaming history. Thus, I'd like to play through the games I have in chronological order.

Does anyone know of a site somewhat similar to backloggery.com (http://backloggery.com) that can interface with the specified accounts on Steam / GOG.com / Impulse / Origin via the APIs, fetch the aggregate list of games from each platform, lookup their publication dates, and present a sorted list? :p

never heard of such a thing (or even the site you linked), but unless you've got a truly insane backlog, i would think a spreadsheet and some brief googling would get you there with minimal effort.

EDIT: This one is probably actually more what you're looking for:

Actually, while researching GiantBomb.com's API, I found out someone had already built exactly the system I wanted: gamedex.net (http://gamedex.net). There's still some occasional interface glitches, but overall, it works pretty well. :)
