Title: Best Text to speech program?

Greetings and happy holidays, ive been a long time  lurker here downloading mostly campaigns, i was wondering what is the best tts programs for old or unvoiced campaigns, thanks :)

Most TTS are immersive breaking in my opinion for dialogue. So if you can read the conversation, I'd recommend pausing the game a few times rather than selecting a TTS voice. Except for WiH, most campaigns don't have long dialogues that aren't already voiced. For the Techroom, Neospeech Misaki does wonders, and the dictionary is easy to program.

Pressing... either F3 or F4, I forget which, should bring up a screen that pauses the game and lets you read all past dialogue at your own pace.
