Must be US-specific, haven't had any trouble accessing the site from here

Can't be US only, I'm getting it too now. Couldn't access HLP until now.

Been down for several hours for me, only my computer says it's Hard Light itself, not Cloudflare, that had the problem.

Been having on and off issues for a few days now. Was pretty bad over the last 5 hours for myself however (Australia)

I wonder, there was a major outage at Cisco this morning (which affected one of our work services) which coincided with me being unable to access HLP, and they both came back at approximately the same time.  Could just be coincidence I suppose, but maybe that Cisco outage affected a comms link of either the hosting company or Cloudflare itself?

Correct, there was an issue with:
1: CloudFlare routing to HLP due to networking issues
2: HLP's Apache service as a result of the general networking issues
3: Both compounded on each other to result in CF serving an error page when it technically didn't have to

Even if CF had not been in the mix, HLP still would have had a bit of an issue.
