I don't know if it's true or not, but I thought if you ate any good amount of Human flesh, you became Ill due to some sort of chemical or problem digesting? Or is that just a myth?

There is a risk of contracting a disease similar to Creutzfeldt–Jakob Disease (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kuru_%28disease%29) if you eat parts of the brain.

Don't eat human you damn dirty human. The problem is foreign prions. We all have prions (they're a part of how our brains develop), but ingesting someone elses of the same species can get you mad cow.

Only if you eat the brain, though. That's where they generally are, and all known prion diseases (there aren't many) are brain-related.

That and if you eat anything that had mad cow disease to begin with; also related is Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease. Reminds me of kuru in south america. I guess a lot of the tribe wanted to really pick at peoples brains as part of the meal.

I live in Canada and am Canadian, and can say with all my heart that "Canadian Bacon" is boring and just an equal to Ham, which has nothing to true, real Bacon.

I agree. I think canadian bacon is really only great for the fact that it's thinly sliced ham. Great on hawaiin and meat lovers pizza. If you want cheap bacon. Thinly slice up some spam and fry it up nice and crispy. Tastes almost like real bacon. Not quite the same thing, but close enough.
