from now on, I'll post my stuff in this thread so I don't flood this forum with new topics ^_^
anyway, update on Lachdanan:

I gave him boots, but, mainly, I tried a new way to make the black outlines. old one was a dumb way found in a tutorial, which basically resulted in a scene with a polycount multiplied by two...
now I use atenuation maps. Some little pbs, but it's not that bad.

Yeah, boots are good, and the whole character is pretty good. :) Even if I'm not that much anime fan...

That's a thing we had to do at my CGI school, a book cover based on an illustration by some dude, to illustrate a HP Lovecraft book ( the Call of Cthulu ). Enjoy!

ok its not downloaded the green image completely yet but man use photoshop and add some compression

I used photoshop, and there's no way I'll use compression, it's print format ( because the teacher said so ), touched up and all, I surely won't do it twice. watch it or not, I apologized about its size, deal with it or don't :p

not bored, nope :( I hdd to do that, plus a... yoghourt ( whatever you spell that ) pot, a plastic water bottle and an alkaline battery... school is so exciting. I spare you the 3 other objects :nod: ( this one was nice to do, at least )
