I'm no programer, but I'd love to be. Anyway has the the source code for FS1 been released? And if so where can I get it?

Nope. The FS2 source was built from the FS1 source though. (And there are still some FS1 things left over here and there.)

A big problem will be with the UI, if you want a "real" FS1 user interface (GTA logo, different size CB ANI's, "flat" briefing icons, etc.) Most of the UI stuff (filename and screen position) is hardcoded.

I would if I could, but since it isn't made anymore I can't buy it from a vender, like On-Cue. I don't have a credit card and my parents currently in the process of getting a new one I can't get a copy.

Not everything requires a credit card these days. Money orders are a good alternative. Some of the links below don't require credit cards, the others don't specify but might take money orders.
