Title: Controls not working

I've just come back to the game, after hearing about the 1.1 release.  I had my stick and rudder set up before using CH Controller manager, and it worked fine, but now I loaded the same map and the game will only detect my rudder pedals, I can move the stick all I want and it doesn't register it.
