I created my model in TS5.1 fine, converted it like I always do, and this is what happened when it's loaded into FRED

Does anyone know what this is or how to get rid of it?

To many polygons probably. You can just have about 800 polys/subobject.

Yep Shards'O Death (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)
Either too high poly or vert count.

What are the limits?

about 800/820 for both poly and vertice counts

Per SOBJ? So you could make a model with say 2000 polys as long as you divided into 3 bits and attached lights to 2 of them in TS?

Woohoo, I'm happy to say that after eliminating something that was almost unecessary, this eliminated around 100 polys. Strange (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)
