Title: Assign Texture in PCS2
Post by: UndyingNephalim on June 15, 2014, 09:38:49 am
Is there a way to simply assign a texture to a SubObject while in PCS2? No matter what I do I cannot get any textures to load if I assign it to my subgroups in 3DS and then import my model into PCS2. My SubObjects import fine but no textures appear on the left drop down list at all. I can create my own texture in the drop down list but I can't seem to find any way to apply it once in PCS2.

Nope, you can only change textures, not apply new ones.

Might their be a known reason why my textures refuse to import into PCS2 then? I'm exporting a dae from 3DS and all my SubObjects have a material assigned to them, but when I load the dae into PCS2 there are no textures listed at all on the left menu.

EDIT: Nevermind, I downloaded an updated version of OpenCollada and textures load in PCS2 fine now.
