Title: Judicial Racial Discrimination in the US

I'm (incredibly having to) argue for its existence in a rather fruitless facebook debate, and I am having trouble finding studies to A) back up its existence) and B) show that its "systematically conspiring" against blacks (what I said).

The real question is whether or not you're going to change anyone's mind by getting into an argument on the internet.

Someone said something about people sticking to their own kind, so probably not.


EDIT: I figure that the people I'm talking to are probably not going to come around, but that third party observers may actually form a realistic picture  of the situation.
