Title: I keep seeing this 3D radar but can't find the download link. Can get some help?

launcher -> features / (advanced settings in wxLauncher) -> HUD -> enable 3D radar

To clarify X3N0's response, the 3D Orb radar is a built-in feature of FSO and is disabled by default. By enabling the flag it should show up in-game.

I wish that was toggleable in - game..
