In the mission when you salvage the davion mechs to attack the stiener base, after the mission neither of the weapon groups from the weapons cashes you are supposed to get unlocked are, and there is a error message out of game about not being able to access the archive. any help?

MCO does not support old MC2 purchase system.

its odd I cant get the error message to pop up again, however the new tech still wont show up? Any ideas?

As I said MCO does not support old MC2 purchase system.
If you want to have components for mechlab you will have to go to component purchase screen and purchase those components.
You will have in purchase box what is defined in mission purchase file.
If you want unlimited quantity for all components from mission purchase you will have to set it in options.
Capturing some buildings including weapons factories will give the player a number of components as defined in mission salvage file, like MC1 (not in this version).
There is no free unlimited number of components any more by capturing weapons factories.
