try renaming your picture you're trying to link to from *whatever*.JPG to *whatever*.TXT
and try linking to the '.TXT' file...

It doesn't work with a link like that becaues there's a space between "_Secure/" and "0MgBpZTIR2qV..."
so that link will not work
