Title: Star Wars Original Trilogy mod problem
Post by: Dot Matrix on November 01, 2014, 03:59:13 pm
Hello,

I have a problem with the Star Wars Original Trilogy mod, for some reason I can only select the original 2 Freespace 2 campaigns (see attachment).
When I start the campaign I get an error but I can continue (see attachment).
Then I get the briefing which is from the first mission of the original Freespace 2 campaign, but when I start I'm in a X-Wing (see attachment).
I can do the mission up to a point until the instructor says I have to go full throttle but then I get no further instructions and the mission goes on indefinately.

I have used the Freespace 2 DVD and the FSO installer, I have configured the launcher to use fs2_open_3_7_2_RC4.exe.
I have Freespace 2 installed in D:\Games\Freespace 2\.
Other mods seem to work okay.
Does anyone know what could be the problem?

My system specs:
Windows 7 x64 Home
Intel i7 4770K
16GB RAM
Geforce 770 GTX

From a quick look at the mod files, it doesn't seem to include a campaign.  To play missions you need to use the Tech Room -> Mission Simulator.

No, it doesn't have any campaign yet.
