Currently, Raptr GVR has no official support for FS2 open. I found that Raptr GVR works fine with Wing Commander Saga and you can use it with FS2 Open with a few tweaks.
All you have to do is to rename FS2 folder, Launcher and fs2_open.exe so that Raptr recognizes them as WC Saga. I recorded some gameplay(MediaVPs 2014, Blue Planet) using Raptr and I could find no discernible frame drops during the game. In fact, it works far better than Dxtory.
However, this method seems somewhat awkward...do you have any suggestions?
