Title: Is there a Freespace Open pilot editor?

I want to replay a campaign mission with different tactics.  Tx

No, there isn't. However, if you go into the tech room and go to the mission simulator, you can replay any mission from that campaign that you've already played.

You can also play missions you haven't yet played by hitting Shift+Control+S first.
