Title: newbie can't get hidef Mainhalls working "code"

as it says, i am a newbie to modding for this game (and most games in general) but i loved this game as a kid and now as a really big kid i want to love this game in HiDef, i have followed all the instructions on the FS port page but the high def mainhalls don't look high def! "code"
