Title: Installer Trouble.
Post by: kharne83 on April 25, 2015, 08:44:26 pm
I recently had to reinstall Freespace 2, and I'm using the OFS installer from http://www.fsoinstaller.com/ to instaly OFS and other stuff.

Unfortunately, the installer thinks I have a bunch of mods an other things installed that I do no wish to reinstall. They show up on this install list grayed out and I can not uncheck them. Is there any way to fix the installer so it'll stop assuming I've got things installed?

Go to your user folder (e.g. C:\Users\<name>\ on Windows 7) and delete the file "fsoinstaller.properties", then run the installer.

Ah, thanks. I knew there had to be a file hiding somewhere, but couldn't find it. Things are back to normal now, thanks!
