Title: Installer does not download scptrackir.dll

Whenever I run the wxlauncher, I get this error:

c:\games\Freespace 2\scptrackir.dll is either not designed to run on Windowns or it
contains an error.  Try installing the program again using the original installation
media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error
status 0xc0000020.

I have tried running the installer several times, it does not download scptrackir.dll for the first 3 items:  FreeSpace Open 3.7.2 Windows Standard, FreeSpace Open 3.7.2 Windows SSE, FreeSpace Open 3.7.2 Windows NO-SSE.  Is there somewhere I can get scptrackir.dll file that's not corrupt?

I installed the mirror files and I still get the same error message when I run a mod in wxlauncher.  I ran the installer again to get basically the same message:

The following errors were encountered:

FreeSpace Open 3.7.2 Windows NO-SSE: The file 'scptrackir.zip' could not be downloaded.
FreeSpace Open 3.7.2 Windows Standard: The file 'scptrackir.zip' could not be downloaded.
FreeSpace Open 3.7.2 Windows SSE: The file 'scptrackir.zip' could not be downloaded.
MV_RadarIcons: The file 'MV_RadarIcons_3612.zip' could not be downloaded.

I guess I need to replace the MV_RadarIcons_3612.vp.  Everytime I run installer, It corrupts the scptrackir.vp and the MV_RadarIcons_3612.vp leaving their size at 0KB.  I have been erasing the corrupt files before running installer, and it keeps downloading the corrupt files.  Can I find these files somewhere separately and add them to my root files?  Should I let somebody know installer is giving me these troubles, or is it Windows8.1 causing the problems?

The radaricons thing is totally optional, and in fact since it's part of the 3.6.12 MVPs you probably won't ever notice it.

I think I got it to work.  I turned off my avg anti-virus and ran the installer again, and the scptrackir.dll finally downloaded without the corruption.  Thanks for the help guys.
