Title: mike's Partial hex alphabet and decimal numbers

This is a dictionary that may be of some use to people in modifying TGL files. I looked through timberwolf.tgl to compile this document. I also included some of the special symbols I found but I WOULD NOT EVER CHANGE ANY OF THEM in a  TGL file without knowing more about what they are used for.
