I don't know if anyone esle knew or not but one can Download FS2 off Kazaa... i don't know about U but it kind of pisses me off..

I bought it for like $20 and if I had known... oh well just kind of ticks me off thanks for reading this (if anyone does)

Yeah, plus $140,000 in cold hard cash (the missing Interplay marketting budget for FS2 :D).

I found this game by accident, and im sure many others have as well.

Post by: Orange on July 29, 2002, 12:16:40 am: I found out about FreeSpace 1 in a PC Gamer demo disc (like the only time I've ever played a demo in a gaming magazine) in like 1998... been around since. I guess that was effective marketing for at least one fan..

If u are seriosuly that desprate to get the game ****ing free, then just steal some money from your mom or dad, or best friend or w/e or make some bizniss riping people off, then go to freaking target and get FS and ST for 9 99. not that hard, if u give me some examples i can lead you through it. Case in point, don't post such blatently useless crap here unless you have some kind of connections to a modderator or admin in which i thouroghly apologise.

Missing things like movies, high res textures, extra features - only having the proper CD's will give you the full experience, and you won't find many places to download 3 iso's from.

My mate got a virus that multiplies and fills yor hard drive. Other people i know have downloaded huge files thinking they were the latest game and infact they were a load of junk.

If you`re going to download games from kazaa I hope you backup your computer every night cause you`re going to need it sooner or later. :D

Since the game never got to stores here (Israel), I had to do exactly that. No hi-res, no movies, etc. When I joined the community and discovered what a huge amount of questions the endgame movie left people with, I knew I had to get the game properly somehow. So when my dad took a trip to the USA, I had him bring back a copy. :) Worth every penny. :D

You can even see star wars Episode II from Kazaa. I saw it about two or three weks after it came out.Then I saw it again on Kazaa.
