Someone's made a nice quality skybox generator and released it online!

It is very nice, but I cannot see the options for download, or hmm, you can download the whole graphic.

Well, there is also a planet generator from the same guy.

You can right-click the generated image (top-left-hand corner) and use 'save as image' or the equivalent in your browser. You can also set the resolution of generation .

The planet generator looks ace as well.

Looks very similar to Spacescape (http://alexcpeterson.com/spacescape/), though with less fiddling/customization involved
