On a more lighter note, is anyone having issues viewing YouTube videos at 240p, 360p, 480p or 1080p? Only the 144p and 720p are available on some channels.

I think that's an issue with mozilla and html5. You can either switch to flash or get a third party plugin to try to fix it.

Using IE 11 Win7 64bit. Correction. All videos at 144p and some at 720p.

Using IE 11
Just.... why?

 Oh my! Force of habit! What do you recommend? :p

Pale Moon FTW.
Pale Moon seems completely unable to play Youtube videos on the first attempt. And and Flash plugins cause terrible hangups and eventually crash. On multiple machines running Win 7, 8, and and now 10.
EDIT: OK, I watched a few Youtube videos last night and didn't realize that by default they opened in Pale Moon; and did experience the problem that they were only 144p, and was super confused. But at least they played on the first try.
I now try to watch all Youtube and Flash videos on Chrome.

If you must change, do everyone on the internet a favor and don't use anything that uses Webkit.

time to be dumb and ask why?
-
Not contributing to the monoculture of webkit and increasing temptation by web developers to use webkit only flags.

So apparently everything is fine now. My ISP told me that YouTube had a "hiccup." But I did find this website to test your browser: http://html5test.com/
Very informative.
