Title: BP Complete 2D Radar Icons

Here's my (tiny) contribution to Blue Planet Complete (2015) for those of us whom still prefer the 2D radar.

Existing 2D radar icons associated to BP ships.

New icons created for:
Vishnan Preserver
Logistics ship
Spacesuit
(does anything else need a unique icon?)

I'm pretty sure that every ship appearing in BP now has an icon; please let me know if I have missed anything, if you encounter any bugs, or you have further suggestions.

BP team, thank you again for a magnificent experience.
