Title: Let me say hi

HI  :lol: I just kill myself  :nod:
 
I had to.. I'm Joe, or Cap, from the ol SFC day's.. Seen this place a long time ago, came across it again this week, and I am hanging around  :p  Now I have installed FS2 and Open, Diaspora, Babylon, and started playing some of all. Last night till 4am  ;7 and I must say I am greatly impressed what has been done!!! :yes: :yes: :yes: GREAT JOB FOLKS!!!

Any advice would be great, I am starting back at newbee stage, Like where things go directory wise, things like that and what all can really be done.
Also, I have a TS3 server up you are all welcome to use @  195.154.161.158:5400 . Most the time, if I am on I am logged on my TS.

ANything I need to know, read up on, throw it my way.. Maybe I wont have to read up for a week or two to get up to speed  :doubt:

This is the data structure used by modern FSO. (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/FS2_Data_Structure) This is the modding portal, containing a ton of info on modding FSO. (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/Portal:Modding)

As for things you need to know, well, that's a lot. You can read up above, or ask specific questions.

Thanks! Very true, I'm trying to fool myself in thinking I'll just jump right in  ;) Looks like a good place to start.
