Title: Joystick throttle doesn't work

I've got a Logitech Force Feedback Pro, and in most games the throttle control works very well, but I notice that it doesn't seem to do anything in FSO and I have to use the keyboard. Is this a currently unsupported option or should I be looking for a solution to a problem with using my throttle?

By default, throttle isn't bound to anything.  Should be able to bind it in the controls config, use the 'Absolute Throttle Axis', not the relative one.
