Title: Very Stupid Mistake

I did something very very dumb in the process of removing old mods I don't play anymore: accidentally deleted my lua folder.

Is there a place I can direct download the necessary files from?  This is on Windows by the way.

Lua folder from what? My FSO installation with numerous mods doesn't have a folder named "lua" anywhere in it.

Lua is a FSO feature so would be a mod specific folder
