Anyone who's checked out Greywolfs renders at GTD Wolf would have seen the new gold beam that's intended for the Mars destroyer. Since the beam was so powerful I decided it might be a good idea to give the sounds a quick powerup as well. They're free to everyone who wants them and you can get them here: Beam sounds (//"http://www.maeglamor.freeuk.com/beams.zip")

Have a listen and tell me what you think, more tweaking may be required.

Believe me I tried, cranking it up any more results in what's known as "clipping", where the sound loses a lot of the top frequencies. Then it just sounds like an electric elephant throwing a tantrum.
