Unable to find WEAPON_LIST_TYPE string "MRed" in stuff_int_list

Many possible sources for this error.  Get a programmer!

One possible source for this error/these errors is that you have a ship.tbl/***-shp.tbm which features said weapons but they have no entry in weapons.tbl/***-wep.tbm

The version of imhotep.pof you are using is an outdated WIP model, grab the latest from the Freespace Port MediaVPs - it should be bug-free
