Title: Email notifications for unread topics

Ever since the forum came back online, I haven't gotten email notifications for followed topics.  I've tried unnotifying and renotifying some topics, but it still doesn't work.  I've made sure emails from hard-light.net are whitelisted and they are not in junk.

Yes, this is because the email process wasn't restarted when the server came back up.  It will be fixed by tomorrow evening at the latest.

I just got a few e-mails from Hard Light about PMs I recieved whilst the e-mail server was down. I presume this means that it's working :)

I got a ton of backlogged notifications, so it is working again.

Yep, I logged into the server this morning and started them up.  Glad to hear it's working. :yes:

This should also fix emails for forum registration, which was mentioned on reddit here (https://www.reddit.com/r/freespace/comments/65wjwj/hardlight_forum_registration/).

About time. I was locked out for almost a week because I changed email addresses and would never receive the verification email.

IRC or Discord would have gotten you in sooner. I had someone else have the same problem a little while back but I never thought of the server being down unfortunately.

It's all good, I figured it would be fixed on due time so I chose to wait it out. That or I was too lazy to get in touch with someone.  I was just giving Goober a hard time. Its not like I post much anymore in any case.
