Title: It all returns to nothing
Post by: Bobboau on April 11, 2017, 10:18:50 am
So some of our employees need a ride but none of our paying customers want to be stuck in O'Hare for half a week. well, I guess we can just knock them unconscious and pull their limp bodies off the plane (https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/dr-gridlock/wp/2017/04/10/a-man-wouldnt-leave-an-overbooked-united-flight-so-he-was-dragged-off-battered-and-limp/?utm_term=.b472121cd813).

That'll work. I don't see how that could have any negative consequences.

It all comes tumbling down
Tumbling down
Tumbling down

Could they have handled this any worse? Was there any step along the path they chose that could have been more optimally bad?

Yeah, I've been following this story. As I commented elsewhere I think they've got a bet on with Comcast over who can give worse customer service.

As has been said by virtually the entire Twitter userbase:  well, United has Pepsi breathing a sigh of relief.
