ok got it kinda finsihed - cant be bothered to texture it properly though

head too big, neck too short, tail too short...but thats just my opinion

Stretch it along the Z and make an entirely new head. Think 'Turtle' instead of 'wolf'

looks cartoony...make the body bigger (or the head smaller), and the whole thing longer...

I think the tail should be as long or longer than the body.  The neck should also be very long and I would make it an exotic color.  Just to make it more interesting.  I like the head tho I don't see anything wrong with it.

if that's what you think a dragon looks like, stick to it. no one knows what dragons are supposed to look like cos they're mythical creatures.
personally, i like the eyes, the colour, the wings and the sky. the head and claws aren't bad. aerodynamically, it'd tip over forwards unless it did a lot of hard work flapping.

It looks really good, but strange. But of course no-one knows what dragons look like. :)
 
But I'd say make the body much bigger.

I think a longer tail and neck, with a slightly smaller head would look good...
oh yeah.. no ears either...
reptiles dont have ears like that...
