How... how... how... do you render a beam weapon in Truespace 3?

makt a few spheres apply some sort of fracrtal coloring and eroded transparency, the smaller ones should be brighter and should be less transparent, use constant relectivity, and do the same with a bunch of cylinders

Fractal coloring...is that like making light come out of it? (please say yes...), and how do you do this...I don't see it in the color sphere on shader options...

by fractal I meant something like the clouds or marble coloring, I don't remember all of what is available in TS3

you really kinda can't make any quality beams in truespace 3. you'll have to post-process with photoshop.
