ok i have skins i have weapons i want my jet. How do i make my own custom wire frame so i can BUILD my own freespace 1 ship (or fs2 ship cause i know how to import it to fs1) anyway how would you make your own wireframe, what would i need, how much time would it take, and most importantly, HOW DO I MAKE IT?
I appreciate any info thanks (ahead of time)
P.S. if you can't MAKE your own wireframe that sucks!!!1:mad2: :mad2:

Yes, you can make your own wireframe. If you couldn't, how would you think that all these models were created

if you can how do you what do i need and how do i do it ???!!!:doubt:

Go here:
www.caligari.com
and ask for trueSpace 5 or trueSpace 6. :)
Then get Kazan's Pof Constructor suite, and come back when you've got a model ready for conversion. :D

Hey! You're asking us for help. Give us attitude, and you won't get any! You should try using some of these new words that you might have heard of: Please, thankyou.
Show more respect and don't take things for granted.

Very negative attitude indeed.
Pherhaps you should try doing some research on computer 3d modelling. Find something out for yourself. This is not Freespace related. When you have a more specific question for freespace related modding or modeling, come back and ask it.

He did mention FS 3 times during that ,er, request (isn't that FS2 related?)
Definately needs to rephrase the question though:
Hey everyone (The Refugee here), I got a question I need hep with:
'I got a ship idea for FS(1&2), maps made, weapons made, I just need to know about wireframes (ie. how to make them). Anything that point s me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated). Thanks in Advance, let me know if anything needs to be clarified!'
Just me but that's how I'd ask. Oh crap I need to know too! I just found out I don't need programming/coding knowledge to make models, thanks to Polycount.com (keeping secrets huh guys? :drevil: )
They got a lively forum over there under 2d/3d help, but the flak you must endure is probably worse 'you suck! ect..' eventually one of the game industry people would likely give you the anwser to show off their knowledge or yeah and to be helpful too..
