Title: Adding Ships To Wing

When I try to 'edit wing' on a ship its all grayed out...how do I add another ship to already established Alpha Wing

To add a new ship to an existing wing, you select the whole wing with the new ship(s), then press the "create wing" button. It'll ask you if you want to reform it, and voila. I believe six ships per wing is the max (4 ships for the player controlled ones).
