My guess is that it's Vasudan Admirals YT channel.

It even has some Early Alpha Intro Cutscene for TI.

Unfortunately it seems like it got bogged down at the asset stage and went into limbo.

Black Wolf reported something different few months ago. TI seems to be suffering mostly from bugs in missions etc. As far as I know, majority of assets are in pretty good shape. Judging by some sneak peaks BW posted, TI stuff aged extremely well. I'm not surprised considering legendary skills of Vasudan Admiral.

It _IS_ playable aside 2 missions, just that BW is burried in RL AFAIK.
