Title: Petition to add Ctrl+Enter to Alt+S (or replace) for submit post.

I was thinking it would be nice if we added Ctrl+Enter to post, maybe Ctrl+Shift+Enter for Preview?  Keeps your hands on the home row pretty nicely.  Right now it's Alt+S to post and Alt+P to preview, most forums / social media uses Ctrl+enter to send / submit at this point.

On the forum?  That would require a forum mod.  I don't know how you would do that, but you may want to ask around at simplemachines.org.

Couldn't find a mod, posted (https://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=571617.0) a feature request on the SMF boards.
