Stealth, I think your tutorials are good and easy to follow. :nod: Now we just need more of them. Just other useful stuff that would come in useful.

Actually, I do have a suggestion. :) Make a tutorial for how to make the Orion nameplates using Photoshop 7. I try and I try but I just can't get them right. :( So that would be great.

*wants sex, drugs and sex-drugs.......and maybe some KoRn*

But other than that, I want rid of the blippy sound thingy. Methinks it's slowing your page loading.

I've noticed in the Information section, you have described AWACS as meaning Armored Warning and Control. I thought this meant Advanced Warning and Control. I'm not sure on that though.

In GTSC, you missed out the T.

But that's just me being pedantic. :)

Keep the noise thing. Doesn't add too much to the loading time and sounds cool. :cool:

The blippy radar sound thingy that plays when pages load. There should at least be somewhere you can toggle it off.

What I'd like is to have the site work properly in Opera, so I can actually read the menu without taking random stabs :)

Exactly what I was about to post.
I say get rid of the flash. It's obvious you spent a lot of time on it, and it undoubtedly looks cool, but it's not simple. Try the website on different browsers, including text-mode browsers, and differing resolutions, and it doesn't stand up.

As to the content of the site, it's great. Keep up the good work...

EDIT: Seems the site works in no browsers other than IE. I've tried IE, Mozilla, Netscape, Opera, and Pocket PC IE (with flash). The problem is with the menu, everything else works fine.

the site is meant for 800x600 resolution

i guess i could do an alternate frame that would be plain HTML instead of flash

hmmmmmm why should it be simple?

lol, this site is hosted on HLP (grateful!  thanks Setekh, Thunder, and Cobalttstar) so it's STRICTLY Freespace...

anything 5.0 and up will work :D

EDIT:

I don't know how to make a faceplate.. if someone PMs me, emails me, or something and tells me, i'll try it and then make a tutorial of it
