Title: Desperate Times won't load mission 3

I got that error when I tried to play mission 3 of the campaign "Desperate Times".  It won't load that mission if I play the campaign on the 3.8 or later MVPs.  It does work if I play on the 2014 MVPs though for some reason.

Can this be fixed?

I would like to add another detail to this:

I tried using the 2014 MVPs on FS0 19.0 but I got the same message.  It didn't work until I used the 10-31-17 nightly with MVPs 2014.  So something changed in the Sathanas model apparently since that date.
