Title: Uploading Files

I know how to upload files and all, but is there a way to upload them directly to Hard Light Productions? I know people do this, but I'm not sure exactly how. Do I need web hosting or something? Sorry, its a kinda newbish question, but I'm not an expert at the web.

You mean directly to the forums? Only moderators/admins can do that...
