I'm sure I did, but I'll make sure again.  Its just taking alot of time for the admins to do it.

I e-mailed it in today.  I had previously only posted in the thread, so they now know we really want to be hosted, and yes i did both at the same time with ITHOV, and I'm still waiting as well, so we should definately be hosted, unless they hate us.
