What else are my topics about?
Can anyone mod this ship? I've done the .tbl end, but I can't do TS models (the one I did ended up looking like a broken frying pan without a bottom)...

The green's the background, it's supposed to be a really reflective silver (camouflage), about 2-3 times the length of a Herc 2.
Thanks to anyone who can take the time to do this

Well, if you can take it, I'll send you a VRML version- or the whole unit scan animation is on the LB page...

wierd... I managed to convert it to TS format now, but the whole thing's transparent unless viewed from a certain angle... the tutorial doesn't help, since I think that's for TS4 and I have the TS5 demo... Here's the stuff that does work anyhow...

1.How?
2. I think the program made the whole thing one-sided... never mind. i can get that too. if I figure out the first...

You call that annoying?
I'll show you annoying!

I couldn't tell you how to fix it (you're not using MAX) but all polygons by default are single sided, ie they are only visible from one side. Flipping the normals makes the visible side appear on the other side.

Hmmm... I think I need to get the FS4 demo, that seems to be the one that does all this... hope they still have it up

Aight, figured out how to invert stuff (texturing turns out to be the only thing that isn't just moved around), and I invert one and then put it over a copy in the original state and bond them, but now it's giving me this crap about cross-sectioning when I do, and deletes random parts. Any ideas?

I wonder what's gonna happen to this topic when I go on a trip...
