Title: Configuring HOTAS throttle

Hi all. I have a T Flight HOTAS 4. I would like to configure it so that its resting mid-point is zero mps, all the way forward is max forward speed, and all the way back is full reverse speed. At the moment the mid point tends to be 50% forward speed. Is there a way to change this?
