I remember giving away a couple of unfinished models for others to finish (the Phoenix, Paladin, Hygarii fighters, etc...)
Well, If you've done any work on them at all - send them back to me, I need them ASAP!

No offense or anything. But when you gace them to people. Didn't you make back-ups? I kow ShadowWolf_IH has the Paladin.

What needed finishing on them anyway? Textures? Or POF data?

noooooo, shadowwolf has the phoenix from nuke, but he calls it the paladin in The Calm Before of the CF mod series..

I thought the model was named Paladin. Sorry. Oh well, SO CONFUSING!!! ANyway shadowowlf, how's "The Calm Before the Storm" going?

The Calm Before is actually coming along well. We are about to start fredding.

I know I'm released and all, but do you need any help? I'd be happy to test some missions and provide feedback.
One thing, if "Calm Before the Storm" is before the war. Then wouldn't the people not be fighting?

we had a server crash. I lost six web sites, the new one is in my signature.
Right now we are good to go, but thanks for asking.

I work with the 158 Banshee and they need models.
My PC was dead for some time, and I wasn't able to do all the models (I have them on my HDD). Most models I sent were 3D models (scenes+LODs) and tbl data, some were playable.
I don't know how to make paths and my textures stink, everything else can do!
Now if you done ANYTHING with them, please send them back.
B.t.w. - the battleship I'm making (Iowa) bugs me.
It has 93 turrets, but sometimes they all move like one object, and the game freezes when it beam cannons fire!
Any hint?

I've got a feeling you can only have 89 turrets at the most with the commerical fs2 code (i.e. not the source code release), and a set number of sub-objects.

hey trashman, check the Combat federation web site in my signature. I got them from a (huge) number of people, but if anything there is yours let me know and i will send them to you.

Did I mention that 26 of them are HUGE twin barreld Heavy Ion Cannon turrets. That it has a meson missile launcher, 12 heavy beam cannons and lots of flak guns and aaf beams.
B.t.w. - does anyone know if one CAN put 93 turrets on the model? I mean the ship moves around and fires lighter weapons on the fighters, but the game freezes when it start fireing it's beam cannons (sometimes it fires a beam or two before it happens)!

I`d heard that the limit was about 70 turrets. If you look at the colossus it was meant to have more but lots got taken out.

Um..yeah.... just check the code (I can't be arsed, myself :p). I think there is a hard coded limit of 100 subobjects for a ship.

OH yeah sorry but I just remembered I had a virus wipe out a whole bunch of FS2 stuff, your models included.:no: :mad2: :( :mad:
