Just a side note:
While not required[/i], this mission takes advantage of the next release of fs2_open. As with the demo, the main campaign uses invisible ambient lights that are used like suns, the only problem is that if you look into one of these ambient lights, the glare acts as if there is a sun there. This new release would disable the ambient glare using a $NoGlare tag in the stars.tbl. IIRC, many inferno missions will be enhanced in this manner.

Yes I know about that one. Ambients are cool and really add it to the atmosphere, but glare is irritating.

Why don't you use the negative sun like in TBP (and I'm sure I provided one to you in the nebula pack)?

don't see one in fred. We just use the several ambient suns.
