Styxx made it, a long time ago. And I'm sure 3D Studio was involved in the process.

Eh, that was done, like, two years ago or something. Using 3D Studio MAX r3.

And then I made the alternate audio track using some chopped-up music from the Halo trailer. ;)

(original thread long-lost on the VBB)

what program did you use to edit the music?

Was that question for me or Styxx?

If for me... SoundForge XP. Best thing about this program is that you can directly edit the sound on an AVI. Anyway, just used the beginning and end of the Halo trailer music. Faded 'em together in the middle.

Hmm... used to have it online. Guess I could put the MP3 back up if anyone wants to compare.

Okay, here's an excessively compressed version of the MT trailer with the unauthorized music (1.1M)--

Wow Zylon, that song is perfect for the trailer...wow!

Fetty, the original MT trailer had Adagio for Strings as the background, which is featured in Homeworld.
