- The destruction of that Terran cruiser in Gamma Draconis when the Shivans are encountered again (sorry, I can't remember its name...I know it was a Terran ship though).
- Something depicting the NTF's first discovery of more Ancient artifacts (which was what Bosch started the whole civil war over in the first place).
- The Lucifer bombarding Vasuda Prime.
- The final subspace battle from FS1.
- The battle between the GTD Bastion and the SD Tantalus.
- The Iceni under construction before the beginning of the NTF Civil War.
- Kappa wing just before they disappeared in the nebula (from Mystery of the Trinity). Maybe have some vague outline of a Sathanas or something just slightly visible in the nebula.
- The Colossus engaging NTF forces (I remember one mission briefing said something about it the juggernaut destroying several NTF ships).
- The efforts at the Vega and Epsilon Pegasi nodes in Capella to contain the Shivans before the nodes are collapsed.

All these are taken from cutscenes, meaning somebody wasting time rendering them again is a tad pointless... we can just grab from the vids with Print Screen (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)

i would really like to see the battered remains of the Hades falling towards Delta Serpentis (sod the truth, the way the thing hit the ground just looks neat!) while a lone Ursa jumps off into the distance (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)

I did say like the cutscene. I meant somethinmg like a pair of leviathons heading towards a face off between the Colossus and Sathanas (there's that one as well).
And with the shield tech I was thinking of like the mission where the sensor tech is taken, with a pair of poseidons racing off with cargo while they're covered by fighters.

Yo! Setekh *where's my Order of Galatea?!*, here's one.
You know the Battle of Endor?? Lots of capital ships and fighters?? Well, I was thinking. There must be one hell of a battle in the Capella system just prior to the star going supernova right? You can even see it in the final cutscene but the shots were quite far from the battle.
What if youwent even closer? Imagine. Fighters swarming all over the place. I'm not talking 10 fighters. I'm talking about maybe 50 of them. Okay, maybe 25. Then beams and missiles and shockwaves and debri everywhere.

I think that will have a reverse effect actually. Setekh will be staring at the naked girl that he cannot pull his eyes away to do any thing.
